www.inet-logistics.com now redesigned

inet stands for peak performance in the intelligent application of Internet technologies. For the customer, inet’s TMS experts use these technologies to make transportation management simple, transparent and effective. The new brand image demonstrates their ability to innovate on the web for their own purposes.

10/14/2009 Engaging, informative and consistently TMS-focused – this is the image of inet presented in the redesigned website, which now carries pictures on employees’ sporting activities, and much more besides. Layout and navigation are systematically designed around the visitor’s information needs. “inet gets customers straight to the target. We kept that firmly in mind when designing the website. Benefits to customers, our portfolio of products and descriptions of our services can all be found with a single mouse click,” comments marketing & communication manager Winifred Eble, describing the principle behind the content design. A areas of the website such as Partners, References, inet and News are also quickly accessible.

Furthermore, the new site sets high standards for customer service and customer communications, emphasizes Eble, pointing to the new Call Back function: “inet solutions operate on a global basis. The Call Back Button provides customers with the ideal tool to request a call back from us at any time. We react promptly, and in so doing, we are continuously raising the quality of our service.” The new website has additional progressive features which bring inet closer to users and other interested parties. Using an RSS feed, every visitor to the website can stipulate precisely the information that he or she wishes to receive. Eble explains the background to this valuable service: “We offer a full range of products and services, which are used in a wide variety of situations. Instead of reading all the comprehensive, market-oriented information in the newsletter, some will find it more useful to learn specifically about individual functions or modules.”
