The logistics-server® solution suite is run in high-availability electronic data processing centres. Customers can access it via Internet or Extranet by clicking on the menu item Login on this website. In order to guarantee availability beyond the 99 per cent level, we run mirrored IT infrastructures in two geographically separated data centres both of which can be accessed via two separate service providers that operate independently of each other.

Mirrored infrastructures guarantee that the solution suite is always physically reachable. They also, by means of sophisticated failover concepts and professional load-balancing, are useful in meeting peak demands so that customers never have to deal with performance problems. Because the database also determines what kind of performance can be delivered, inet-logistics uses the latest Oracle systems.
