Cooperation between inet-logistics and the Fraunhofer IML

(Logistik entdecken 02.2007) inet-logistics GmbH, software provider for cross-company logistics processes, and the Fraunhofer IML decided to enter a cooperation in the openID-center. inet-logistics brings a standard software, which presents an integration platform for all participating partners, into this partnership. This logistics-server® which has been in use in the openID-center since autumn 2006 controls the inventory management and the loading device billing for reusable loading devices which are equipped with RFID-tags. In the openID-center the Fraunhofer IML shows together with partner enterprises in a practice-oriented environment the numerous options for using RFID-technology within cross-linked supply chains.
